How do I get solution upgrade?

As you are subscribing our solutions, we do take care of the new features update and complete server management. You can fully concentrate on your business.

We diligently follow all best practices to ensure your Diadyn Cloud Solutions experience is completely secure. We are hosted on the highly reliable secured servers, that promise optimal uptime, and data security for all our customers.

Can I get continuous support and updates?

To get continuous support and updates of our products you just need to renew the license after expiry of your subscription.

What will happen if I exceed the data storage?

No worries! you can purchase additional storage for $5 per 10 GB (P.M).

Can I suggest new features?

We would love to hear your suggestions! Suggest new features through your support ticket panel if you are already registered with Diadyn solutions.

What are your support timings?

Our general live support hours are Saturday to Friday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (GST). 2nd Saturday and Sundays are off.

Average response time in our support thread?

We strive to respond to all queries within 24 hours. Our response time maybe just 1 hour if you reach us during our working hours!

It may take longer to respond to more advanced or technical queries. We promise to serve and support you in the best way possible, which can sometimes take time, but you will be assured the best service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Stripe (MasterCard, Visa or American Express through Stripe account). We also accept bank transfers in advance.
